Shirley de Basily

Basily was born in Buenos Aires. She studied drawing with Professor Jean Josse in Buenos Aires. She then studied at the Central School of Arts and Crafts, the Chelsea Art School, both in London.
She studied watercolor painting at the Tobias School of Art in Forest Row, England.


Her works are in private collections in England, Ireland, Canada, Denmark, Belgium, Portugal, France, the United States, Mexico, Venezuela and Argentina.
