Maurice-Jean Lefebvre

Lefebvre was born 1873 in Ukkel, Belgium.

Lefebvre was a painter of figures, portraits, and landscapes,.

He received his artistic education at the Academy of Brussels under the tutelage of H. Van der Hecht and Jean Portaels.

Lefebvre taught fine arts at the Academie de St-Gilles in Brussels.

He exhibited from 1897 at the Salon des Artistes Français in Paris and at the Brussels Salon.

He was also both a decorator and a poet.
