Luis Arias Liberdad

Born 1947

Arias was born in Heredia May 8, 1947.

In 1966 he became a primary school teacher in Escula Normal de Costa Rica.

In 1977 he became a professor de artes plásticas. Universidad Nacional.

In 1983 he earned a degree from the University de Costa Rica.

In 1985 he earned a Degree in sculpture. Faculty of Fine Arts. Costa Rica university.

Member of College Graduates and Teachers in Literature, Philosophy, Sciences and Arts.

In 1986 he became a founder of the group called Cuarzo.

He was the creator of "Young Art Festival , Heredia" . All students participating artists secondary schools in the province of Heredia.
