Ann C. Steinbrocker

1933-1982

Ann C. Steinbrocker was born in New York in 1933. Her family lived in Westchester, New York in 1940. 

She attended Columbia University in 1951 and The New School in 1956.

In 1961 she exhibited at the Whitney Museum of American Art in their annual exhibition of Contemporary American Paintings.

In 1962 she was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship in fine arts. 

She passed away in 1982.
