Anatol Shulkin

Anatol Shulkin studied at the Art Students League and the National Academy of Design in the 1920s. He had early solo exhibitions at the Art Centre Gallery and at the newly opened Midtown Galleries in New York.

Later, Shulkin was a successful muralist, producing murals for the Works Progress Administration as well as several important private commissions. Anatol Shuklin's work is in the permanent collections of the Whitney and Metropolitan Museums of Art.
